We ship via Purolator, DHL, UPS, and Canada Post, along with some other regional same day courier services. It all depends on what you are sending, where it’s going, and how quickly it needs to get there.

We ship everywhere, but how much it will cost will depend on where you are. We have preferred rates with couriers and will give you the options available in terms of cost and delivery time so that you can choose the best option for you.

Very secure, and yes, your data is protected. We don’t keep any credit card information ourselves, everything is routed directly through Stripe.

It depends on what you are ordering, but if it’s in stock (either locally or with the supplier), we’ll process the order and send it off to you as quickly as possible. We have shipments coming and going every business day. If however it’s not something that’s readily available, we’ll let you know the details so you can decide how you want to proceed.
